Payment

You can pay on our website with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express or You PayPal account. Card payments are securely handled by Braintree Payments, a PayPal service.

Delivery

UK postage & packaging costs £3.95, or FREE on orders over £50 (not including gift vouchers or coupons). International postage & packaging costs £5.95 and an additional £9.95 per paper pack. These amounts are regardless of order size.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, although we reserve the right to use other courier services and we aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours. After you receive a dispatch confirmation email, please allow 14 working days for UK deliveries, and 28 working days for international. While we normally expect orders to reach you within this time frame due to the ongoing global situation, we ask for your kind understanding should you experience any delays.

Downloads

Downloadable products do not incur a postage charge and are available to download as soon as payment is confirmed. Download links are available on the order confirmation page, your order confirmation email and on the My Account page at any time.
