Pricing
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT, price does not include a charge for postage and packaging, this is added to the final total during the checkout process. Prices may be subject to change without notice.
Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be either incorrectly priced or described in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description or at all. We reserve the right to correct any errors from time to time. We will (at our discretion) either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavours to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.
Voucher Codes & Sale Items
If an item has a pre-existing offer, only one discount will apply. All codes are advertised as one per customer and only one code can be used per transaction. Offers are subject to change without prior notice at any time. Sale items may be restricted to 3 per customer, and you will be notified of this at checkout if this is the case.
All advertised pricing reductions or discount percentages are based on a customer residing within the EU. Percentages on orders placed outside of the EU may reflect a different percentage based on country of residency.
Gift Vouchers
Our Gift Vouchers must be redeemed on our Website, as full or part payment of products from our Website. Gift Vouchers must be used fully in one transaction, as any remaining balance cannot be held and change cannot be given. A Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase a further Gift Certificate. Site offers and promotions (including gifts with purchase and discounts) do not apply when purchasing gift vouchers. All Gift Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of issue. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Certificates may only be redeemed against products purchased in the same currency as the Gift Voucher. Where Products purchased online with a Gift Voucher are returned, monies owing will be refunded by a Gift Voucher. We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
Exclusive Items
Our Crafter Select dies are exclusively available on www.carnationcrafts.co.uk for a period of at least 3 months from launch. Any products showing the Exclusive badge can’t be found anywhere else.
Payment & Delivery
The processing of your payment and acknowledgment of your order (including sending you an email confirming your order is being processed) does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.
Non-Receipt
We pack and despatch all orders on the same day when orders are placed within working hours. UK orders usually arrive within 2-3 working days and international orders 5-10 working days. However, there are pockets of delays within the postal system so we are therefore currently allowing 14 working days for UK orders and 28 working days for international orders. If you haven’t received your order within these timeframes, please contact us and we can track your order with our courier. Any non-deliveries should be reported to us within 30 days of despatch for us to deal with as appropriate.
Cancellations & Returns
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or up until the order has been despatched. We will refund the order to the card or PayPal account used to originally pay for the order. Once an order has been shipped, any cancellation will be treated as a return.
All downloads cannot be refunded once these have been downloaded. All USBs include a tamper evidence seal, if the tamper evidence seal is damaged the product is not refundable.
Returns can be made within 14 working days of the shipment date. Returns are free for faulty items or orders that have been dispatched incorrectly – other return charges will be at your expense. Please include the order highlighting the items you are returning with a covering letter. Returns made after 14 working days may not be accepted by us and may be returned to you at your expense. If, in our discretion, we accept a late return then we reserve the right to make a charge to cover the cost of processing the return. All returns that are due to a change of mind must be in original undamaged packaging ready for re sell.

FREE Gift Promotions
Where an order includes a FREE GIFT product, a refund can only be processed if both the product that require a refund and the FREE Gift are returned to us in a resalable condition. Alternatively, you may be refunded minus the full retail cost of the FREE GIFT plus any shipping charges that would apply.
Maximum of 5 FREE Gifts per customer/address. FREE GIFT offers may be withdrawn without prior notification. All FREE GIFT offers are subject to availability. If an item is not available after an order is placed, we will endeavour to notify or refund within a reasonable timeframe.
